Our range of Drawn Arc Weld Studs is also comprehensive. We stock Mild Steel and Stainless Steel DA Weld studs ranging from M6 up to M16, M20 and M24 studs are available to special order.
DA Weld Studs are available with Zinc Di-Chromate, Cadmium or Copper plating.
Plated studs are not stocked and minimum order quantities will apply.
Mild Steel DA Weld Studs are manufactured from material conforming to BS970 part 1 040 A04 (restricted specification) and Stainless studs are manufactured in 304S11. Other Stainless grades are available but again minimum-manufacturing quantities would apply.
Threads are rolled to a 6g free fit to BS3643 part 1
In addition to threaded studs, we are able to supply “specials”. These may be hooked, bent, part threaded, Internally threaded, collared, unthreaded, rectangular slotted/pierced and two tine studs.
With both CD and DA weld studs we operate a discount for quantity price structure.
